Taking 2.7 year old and 4 month old to France on my own from Stansted. Am I mad?

Actually, don't answer that. I'd be hugely grateful for any hints particularly around not losing either child and keeping DS entertained.

Where are you flying to in France? You may want to avoid Paris CDG...
Watching this thread as I'm doing my first trip in June, to the UK, alone with DS 8 months. I'm worried about it, and I've only got one to look after!

Best thing i can advise is to be prepared, take food, etc with you so that all you have to buy the other side is drinks. Stansted shops can get very crowded so it's not ideal trying to drag yourself and two children round. If you have everything except drinks you can just whip in and out of Boots in 2 mins. Get to the gate early, get settled. Have you considered taking toys/books/pens wrapped up for the 2 year old? Only other thing i can think of is to get some form of reins to attach two year old to you or nthe pushchair, just for a bit of extra peace of mind. Good luck!
