Birmingham Airport - medium/short stay carpark is it REALLY near to terminals?

It states it is walking distance to terminal - is this right? As I have 2 kids to cope with?

You can see on the pdf map here; www.birminghamairport.co.uk/showpage.aspx?id=31. It doesn't show scale but; it is really quite a small airport to get round- I always walk from where it says T1/ pink boxes to the hire car pick up and from memory that is not 5 minutes- fine with a wheely suitcase or a trolley. From the three nearest carparks you can't be walking that far.
