We are travelling down from the west of scotland to derby in a week or two. We have decided to break the journey. We are looking for a child friendly place to stay for one night possibly in the southern lakes not too far from m6.Also any child friendly eateries. We have two boys aged 7 & 9. Any ideas appreciated.
