Family holiday in Vietnam at Christmas

Anyone out there recommend a lovely family hotel on the beach in Vietnam? 2 families + in-laws celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary so need to be a bit lux! over Christmas. Thanks

Nha Trang and the environs is just beautiful but does get very, very hot - there is a five star resort near there as well
