what to do near Looe with a DH on crutches?

We (me, Dh and DS (4) ) are going on holiday mid June to a holiday park near Looe. DH conveniently smashed his ankle last weekend and will still be on crutches while we're away. Any recommendations for days out for someone who can't really walk very far without having to sit down?

we had thought about the Eden Project, sealife centre but not sure if he'll cope with them.

We went to the donkey sanctuary which is not too far from Looe, there are other animals too and a play area with a cafe, there is not so much walking either, the website is here.
