Am 10 weeks pregnant, and off to Agadir in Morocco with a 3 year old - any advice?

I've been told that moquitoes are a problem, but other than that I'm in the dark. Anything I should be aware of?

High risks of dodgy tummy - take dioralyte for you both. I love Morocco but I am soooo careful about eating and drinking anything that has local water in it as it always gives me the runs!

I second pinkycheesy's advice. I have been several times and once when I was pregnant with dd2 with 3 year old dd1. I had an attack of the runs and was laid up for 2 days as being pregnant you can't take immodium.

Anyway avoid all uncooked foods - salads especially (I think it was a stray tomatoe in a roll that got me). Always drink bottled water. I remember my 3 year old lived on chips and ice cream and bread and bananas, for 3 weeks

All the morrocan food like tagines are fine(and yummy) as they are thoroughly cooked.

Enjoy - I love Morroco am
