Fuming!!!! Really rude response from hotel so need to find an alternative QUICK!!

Thought I'd found the perfect hotel. My sis who lives in France called them for me and confirmed they had room for us plus a camp bed plus a cot for our 2 kids.

We called him today (English bloke) and he said there wasn't room for camp bed and travel cot. DH suggested we just had the cot and our 5 year old could sleep with one of us in the bed. He replied saying "that is not acceptable perhaps you should try Formula 1"!!!!!! How rude is that????

Anyway if any of you could recommend a good reasonable child friendly hotel with food in or around the motorway near Limoges in France I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I don't understand the Formula 1 bit though

Formula 1 is a really cheap chain of hotels in France. We have booked one for the previousl night but wanted to stay somewhere a bit posher for our second night!!!
