car seat on easyjet

Hi ya.

Has anyone flown on easyjet with a group 1 car seat? If so, which one?

We're going to Portugal in a few weeks on easyjet and just discovered our kiddy infinity pro car seat isn't suitable for use on a plane.

DS is 18months old and all the ones I've seen are 43cm across and easyjet specifies that it should be no more than 42cm across.

We've got him his own seat, but would rather he was in a car seat as well because he is incredibly wriggly (and determined!).

Any help gratefully appreciated.

will he be under 2 when you fly? does he even get his own seat? i though until 2 they sat on your lap unless youa re lucky enough to get an empty seat?

We actually bought a seat for him. I rang up easyjet because there wasn't an option for a child under 2 and they said to put his age as 2. He wouldn't sit on anyone's lap for more than two minutes, let alone two hours!
