Lille - can you help??

My parents are going to a wedding in Lille in August and I have said that I will organise their trip for them. The wedding is at the Hotel de Ville, but I can't find the address for it on the Lille website so can't decide which hotels would be convenient.

Can anyone give me some pointers to find the Hotel de Ville, and maybe a recommendation for a hotel (preferably with reception staff that speak English for them)?

Isn't the Hotel de Ville (Town Hall) nearer Brussels than Lille? The one I am thinking of is nr the Grand Place. If so, then I've stayed at Le Meridien, v nice but a bit pricey.

Don't worry about hotels they will all speak English very well.

Hotel Ibis Lille Centre Gares appears to be closest according to Google Maps. We have actually stayed there once. It was fine and very reasonably priced.

The Hotel de Ville's address is Place Roger Salengro, 59800 Lille.
