Mark Warner Sardinia - has anyone been?

Hi, I am looking at booking a family holiday at Mark Warner's Sardinia site called Garden Beach. This would be a big treat for us as it is expensive (for us). But I just looked at reviews on trip advisor and they are mixed! Has anyone been recently? I would be so grateful if you could take a moment and tell me what you thought. Thank you.

I haven't been to it but I have seen it. It's right next door to Forte Village where I have been.

It looked quite run down, dark and dingy and if I'd paid that sort of money I would have been very pissed off.

Quite good sailing equipment on the beach though!

Don't think anyone has been there yet as a new centre for Mark Warner. Think they hare it with an Italian operator.

We are going to Neilson's new resort at Phokaia which is also new and exclusive to Neilson. Had good time with them in Greece last year so hopefully will be same this year with lots of new kit.

Cakesurfer - Phokaia used to be a Sunsail Resort. I know some people who have been and it is great, am sure Neilson will run it just as well if not better.
