As the title says really. I vaguely remember getting one many many moons ago and need one for this years holiday as my travel insurance doesn't cover my pre existing problem which is highly unlikely to need treatment whilst away but would like to be cautious.

Not sure where you are going, but do be aware that it is not recognised in Switzerland. We can pick and choose which parts of the EU we want to participate in.

Thanks for that Ponders, my parents were advised by someone in England (although Norfolk so that may be the reason) that this wouldn't cover them when they came to visit us.
