Westfield Derby have recently started up a new club called Mummy Mornings, which run every 1st and 3rd Wednesday in Spur Steak & Grill on Level 2 of the shopping centre.
It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy some me-time and meet other mums, dads and carers over a free cup of coffee.
Each morning is themed, from style and beauty sessions, to advice on relaxation and well being. So come down and give it a go, and be sure to let us know what you think afterwards!
