Looking for nice hotel/apt. UK, Ireland or Europe. Max £150 night, with good things for kids, preferably kids club, but at least listening facilities. For a couple of nights beginning of June, for my very stressed DH

Here is really good if you want somewhere close, has child clubs during the day, and I think it has listening service at evenings.

150pp, or total?

If you book at the right time and shop around centre parcs can be quite cheap, they have child care facilities ther too

Kinder Hotels? Facilities fantastic and you could spend days in the spa while dc is occupied. Might be over budget though.

Or Pierre et Vacances?

They have kids clubs and creches at quite a few of their resorts. A one bed apartment at Port de Crouesty is less than 300 euros the first weekend in June.

thinking £150 per night, say £500 for 3/4 nights. Hoping for a stay 3 nights get one free kinda thing.
Can use airmiles for a short flight
That Manor House activities look great, JGBmum
That Port de Crouesty is already in my favourites, had completely forgotten about it thanks portofino.
Will check Centre parcs, but have heard so many different views!!

Center parcs depends on the weather, the best one we had we stayed in the lakeside apartment in elvenden forest, lovely place if you like cycling and swimming, also with indoor badmington, tennis etc, foods quite good but watch the extra's as they all add up.. for one in the lake district is too hilly and bes avoided it think, the one in longleat is quite nice and you can have a family day out at the longleat house and safari park just down the road. Also the world of spa is lovely, but a bit pricy at 80 quid for 2 of you.
