Help with Jet Lag for 5 month old

Hopefully someone can help. Im going to Singapore to visit relatives and my LO will be 5 months - any tips on how to help her get through her jet lag?

TBH, at that age, hopefully she have very little. We took an 8 month old to Australia, then an 11 month old to the Caribbean and in both cases they adjusted quicker than we did!

Anyway, for all of you, the best thing is to try and get in to the local time ideally with natural sunshine - even a couple of hours - when you get there. Go to bed early if you need, but get some fresh air as soon as you get there.

Thank you - I will try that although it might be a little hard as we arrive at 5pm. But we will definitely try the following day - and I bet she adjusts alot quicker than I do!
