Anyone live in Lymm?

Are there any good parks in your area?

Meeting a friend tomorrow and its sort of half wat between us both. We have met at Dunham Massey or Tatton so many times just wanted to know if there are any other nice parks/ playgrounds for a change.

I don't live there but we go to Dunham or Tatton for the day quite often - the other nice place in that area is Arley Hall which has really good gardens. No playground as such but DD has enjoyed it all her life.

Walton Gardens is great - not Lymm but not too far away - go through Thelwall, Grappenhall and then Stockton Heath and up to Walton - free park with play area, crazy golf and small farm (with birds, red squirrels etc.) You have to pay for parking...

Think we may have been to Walton, had forgotten about that one.

Is Arley Hall next to Stockley farm? Never been to that one.

Yes, Arley is next to Stockley farm - we've never actually visited that as part of the reason we like Arley is that dogs are allowed in (on lead) so we always have ours with us.
