Anyone used a Thomson creche?

This will be our first holiday with DD (6mo) so I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. We have decided that we want somewhere with childcare so we both get a break for at least a couple of hours a day and one of the Thomson hotels (Aparthotel Bonaire) is our favourite as its within walking distance of villages, provides play areas for infants outside of the creche etc. However, I'm a bit concerned about the creche facilities as the website gives a lot less info that, say, Mark Warner and it is a lot, lot cheaper. Has anyone used one of these and, if so, how was it?
Thanks

Hi Murtette.

Have you actually booked a holiday yet?

I live in Tenerife and have a small childcare buisness.
I have been a nanny for 14 years and a maternity nurse 5 years.

Basically my job is coming to the hotel where the families are and take the children off there hands while they have some relaxation etc.

I also do eveningbabysitting.

One family who i was working for last week loved the idea so much they booked me from 10am-10pm every day haha.

My website is www.tenerifechildcare.com if you want to have a look at references etc.

Please contact me if you want more info or hotel advice etc.

Lisa.

My only experience with Thomson Creche is bad, but many years ago, so hopefully they got better.

Mallorca... Cala Mesquida.... I went to pick up DS and he had gone.. they let him wander out of unlocked gate and onto the cliffs!!! I found him, alone, on the edge. The 'nannies' in the creche didn't give a shit.

I have seen that many a time here too in the hotels kids club and no matter how much you complain, the doors are still left open etc, it is appauling and so dangerous!
