Country walks

I have a little girl and she'll be three in may. She absolutely loves country walks, all you need is to pack a pick nick and you're ready! It's cheap and really nice way to spend time with your little ones...

Yes I agree. Though not that great in the rain!

Ordnance Survey walking maps are available to buy, as are local walking guide books. OS Maps are also used by Streetmap so you could use that site to help plan routes.

WalkingWorld has lots of walking routes. A few are free... have linked to the free walks... rest are by subscription.

Local councils sometimes publish details of local walks. Eg Easy Walks around Surrey - though their maps can be fairly terrible... I suspect due to OS maps needing a license.

Train companies also sometimes have walks - South West Trails: Walking Guides
