ZANTE - ANYONE BEEN?

Hi we have a friend getting married in Zante in the Autumn and just wondering if anyone has been? We have 2 DCS. DD will be almost 4 by then and DS 2. The wedding is in Tsivli.

We went a few summers ago , the island is very touristy , coastline is beautiful.
Tsivili is not my cup of tea , loads of crap tourist shops and british bars.
I can recommend a fantastic villa if you want that is very near tsivili-can' t spell it.

Went to Zante last August and had one of the best holidays ever. The island is beautiful. Didn't find it too touristy at all, but I guess we avoided the holiday hotspots. We stayed in a fantastic place and were so happy there we had to force ourselves to go off exploring, apart from walking to the local tavernas.

Went to Zante last June and stayed at Periyali Villas. Best holiday ever!
