What is it? Is it worth it? What's the average time period needed to tour it? The website doesn't really explain much about it.

Thanks!

Hi tenoraddict. It is a few years since we went to Tower Bridge and my dd was about 7/8. I do remember we had a good time and enjoyed it.
We went up one side of the bridge and then walked across the top where there are some victorian type exhibitions/displays which are mainly to read.
Then we went down the other tower and out onto the street to get to the basement where we could see all the workings and machinery.
I think we were there for well over an hour and it was good value.
Definately recommend it. I'll try and put some photos on my profile so you can check it out.

I've been, and coincided our visit with a scheduled bridge lift to make it more exciting. The times are here

We thought it was really interesting.

I've done the photos on my profile.
I'm sure we had a better time than it looks!

Thanks for the information and photos, ladies. You've helped me decide to put it in our itinerary.
