Swindon - need family pub [shudder] or similar

trying to arrange to see some friends in Swindon one Saturday including lunch. Group consists of

parents with 5yo & 18mo
parents with 2.5yo & newborn
one childless couple
once singleton

so too many to fit it anyone's house

Someone suggested we all go bowling which sounded awful to me (noisy, hard to talk, nothing to occupy toddlers) so dreadful as it sounds I think we need something on the lines of a Brewer's Fayre type pub with a softplay area and/or an outdoor playground.

Any recommendations in Swindon or surrounds?

Or any better suggestions?

tia (will be back but not immediately)
