Is there a cheap place to buy Disneyland Park tickets only?

They used to be cheaper if you bought them at a Disney store here in the UK - not sure if they still are but worth looking into?

how many days are you looking at doing? if it's more than 3 then you may as well buy an annual pass. definitely buy them before you go as its cheaper and quicker. if you feel like it you could buy 20 shares in disneyland paris and then join the shareholders club, then as well as getting 15% off your park tickets (including annual passes) you also get 15% off all your food and purchases in the park (plus 10% off at any disney store in Europe).
