Whipsnade or Woburn?

We have an inset day next month and had been planning to go to Legoland but have just realised it will be closed. So now thinking of one of these 2, any recommendations for which is best? Thanks.

They're both good. Woburn is better if you have small children as there's less walking required. Whipsnade is fairly spread out but has more variety of animals.

Whipsnade felt too spread out for us and because it was so open we were freezing- we had to buy gloves for the boys in the gift shop - in MAY!! I much prefer Woburn

That is true - Whipsnade is on top of a ridge (with quite spectacular views from the right spot) and it's usually quite cold!

Think we'll go to Worburn then, its a bit closer as well. Thanks.
