Mark Waner - £7K!

2 weeks half-bosrd in a Mark Warner resort in Greece for 2 adults, a 2 year old and a 6 year old costs £7000 in the first 2 weeks of the school holidays. Is this right? The website just quoted me that price. I know it has free childcare but bloody hell, who has that sort of cash?

presume that is all inclusive and also covers flights.......but that is still a giant sum!

No, it's half-board. Flights are included. I actually winced when the price came up.

We did 5* Egypt last summer, all inclusive and flights for a little under £3k which was painful enough. How can they justify it?

I can't imagine they'll have many takers at those prices. Keep an eye out for special 'last minute' offers!

i cannot believe how the Mark warner prices have gone up. For two summers running my sister and I have gone with three children to two of the Greece clubs but this year it seems astronomical. Also, they have taken out free wine with dinner which makes it miles more complicated if two women are sharing tables with other families/adults. And last year they took away free bottled water. Only a minor thing, I know, but at that price .... we have decided to give it a miss this year. Having said that, if you do decide to go, read small print re lunch as for a v small amount (comparatively!) they will also include lunch.
