Anyone recommend a nice hotel? Thanks.

How nice do you want? Not actually stayed there, although have visited Bruges on a number of occasions, but the Prinsenhof is supposed to be lovely.

or the Hotel de Tuilerieen, very nice, also on the pricier end of the scale in Bruges...

Mary - thank you. I like the look of the Kempinski Dukes Hotel or the Oud Huis. Do you know them?

Not familiar with Kempinski dukes, but its website looks stunning. It looks like it is near the water, so should be in a quiet location? Not that anywhere is far in Bruges

As I recall, Oud Huis had a good reputation as well.

www.pandhotel.com is also lovely. not cheap but don't know in comparison to others. it is also very central.
