PINE CLIFFS RESIDENCES - worth paying full/half board?

About to book this for me, DH and DDs 2 and 3 and wondered if it would be worth getting half or full board or is it a walk to local bistros type place?

Do you mean Pine Cliffs in Portugal? If so there are plenty of local places to eat. There is also a supermarket at the entrance to the hotel.

Also give them a call before you book to see if there are any offers. I said I was thinking of buying one of the apartments and got 4 nights for free!

We have stopped in the hotel bit of this resort on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast is buffet style and all really really nice.

There are four restaurants on site, Piri Piri being one of our favourites (not sure which one your half board/full board would cover)

As CHOOGIRL says there are restaurants on the main street across the road from the entrance to the resort and we did eat at one particular establishment quite a bit.

We really enjoyed our stay here (did an October half term) and the weather was beautiful. A bit of a trek down to the beach though - you get a lift which stops half way down and then stairs the rest of the way. Beach lovely and our boys went looking for starfish etc in the little rock pools.

We would definitely go back here.
