will prague be too cold at the end of march?

thinking of bringing dh to prague for his birthday but was wondering if it would be too cold..? alternative is marrakech..... what do you think?

How cold is 'too cold' though? We were there in December. It was cold but not a problem.

It has been really cold reacently there but Jan Feb usually colder than March, you should be ok if you pack a warm coat and warm footwear. I would prob opt for Prague later on in the year and check out Marrakech, but that's because unless I am skiing, I don't like holidaying anywhere I need to wear extra layers.
