Best place to get Broadway tickets?

For this summer. We will be in NYC for 4-5 days and would love to go and see a show on Broadway, or off Broadway.

Will be suitable for me, DH, PILs and DD (who will be 8y) too. DD loves musicals in particular. I know she'd love stuff like Mamma Mia for example.

Any links as to where to buy?

Any recommendations?

Hulababy if you're not fussed on seeing a particular show then wait till you get to New York and go to the half price ticket booth on Times Square (think it's still at time square) If i remember corectly you go on the day or the day before you want to see a show and they have a list of loads of different shows on offer and the tickets are half price. DH & I did it twice and thought there must be a catch, that we'd end up with rubbish seats but the seats we had were fabulous, we couldn't believe it.You might have to queue a while but it really is worth it. They also had a booking office at South Street Seaport (short cab ride away from the city) and we used that the second time as there was never a queue there. Last time I was there was 4 years ago though so just double check my info incase it's out of date. Have a great trip

Was lucky enough to be in in NY back in November and can confim that Alibobster is right, you can get tickets on the day at the booths in Times Square. We didn't do it ourselves but spoke to others that did and they were able to get tickets for the best shows, not just the not-so-popular ones. The queues are long but move very quickly. Have a great time - wish I was going back!
