Is your fave hotel in Cyprus on my list?

we want to go in May/June and want something special must have good food, rooms and pools. Not too bothered about great beach.

So far have looked at:

St George Paphos
Amathus Beach Hotel
Aphrodite Hills
Alymra

Hotel Annabelle

We had a look round it when we were going to get married over there,
