family friendly stopover south west of Paris

Has anyone stayed in a good family friendly hotel around here?

We only need one night and are 2 ads 2 kids. Your recommendations appreciated.

Novotels are fab. Rooms sleep 4 and many have a pool. I have stayed at several and they are very similar and often close to the motorway. www.accorhotels.com

Breakfast for dcs is free, and they have children's menus/playgrounds etc.
