Car hire at Malaga airport

Need to travel alone to Malaga with two small children (5 and 2) - can anyone recommend a car hire firm where the staff are helpful and I don't have to take a bus to collect the car?

i would go with herz or avis personally

you don't need to take any buses to get cars at Malaga, all the car hire firms are on the level below the arrivals hall (you walk down a ramp with your luggage) try avis, we had good experience last yr.
