Please recommend somewhere near Cadiz?

I love Cadiz and thought we could go to Islantilla? But I don't like the reviews for the hotels. We haven't been on a proper holiday at all with our 5 year old. So on my list I want an English speaking/run Kids Club. Relaxing atmosphere. Good pools & beach. None of that binge drinking crowd from any country. Near historic towns. Love Costa de Luz but Thomas Cook have limited choice. Help?

my mum and dad kept going back to the flamenco, nr conil with my 2 younger brothers.They loved it. Ive been there a few times (pre kids) and it is friendly, on the beach, pretty good food, nice pool. Dont know about kids clubs.
