please recomend a holiday for 2 adults and 2 young children?

We have never really had a holiday (apart from a couple days in a caravan). Dh has finally given in and said we could go on holiday.

Dh has never been out of the UK, we have 2 dds who both have autism so we could do with going somewhere quite, maybe a cottage or villa.

We need to keep it as cheep as possible as money is a bit tight.

Can anyone recommend a holiday either in the UK, france or spain?

I like the New Forest (so does dh) so that's a possibility. Bournemouth is nice but not far from where we live (although neither is the new forest), we tend to go to bournemouth a couple times in the summer (to go to the beaches).

Dd1 would love the dinosaur park, i will have a look at Norfolk, thanks
