Tell me where to go

We want to go on holiday in May/June and these are our requirements:

• Hot weather
• Beach / or other swimming
• Things to see/do - preferably nature related.
• DS to enjoy it too - he will be 18 months

Any ideas?

Alghero in Sardinia is fab - went there with DCs when they were 2 1/2 and they still talk about it. It's got a charming old town, beautiful beaches, trains to other parts of the island or you can rent a car. We stayed here in a bungalow, but you can rent apartments too. Can be very hot in May/June - depends.
