A rare weekend away to celebrate DHs. 40th- Amsterdam, Prague... Or somewhere else?

I am organising a surprise weekend away for me and DH in Feb to celebrate his upcoming 40th.

We love Italy and would ideally do Rome or Venice but I think flights from Manchester or Leeds are either too many £ or too long- indirect flights for 8 hours!! Wondered about Amsterdam or Prague, we lived Bruge when we visited a couple of years ago but no convenient flights so think it might be out.

We like wandering round interesting cities, eating lovely food, exploring but less keen on climbing mountains.
Anymore ideas or recommendations?

Amsterdam - fab
Prague - fab
Barcelona - fab

Have been to Amsterdam and Barcelona twice and would go back again like a shot.

Went to Prague for 5 days, also loved it.

Oooooooh I wouldn't know how to choose if I were you.

Toss a coin?

Tell you where is absolutely bloody lovely and a little bit off the beaten track (and might even be quite warm in February): Seville .

We went to Prague in December - lovely city. And I think it would possibly be less touristy in February than it was in December, with the Christmas markets. Probably cheaper than Amsterdam too.

Am v tempted by Seville.

No nothing about Prague...
Where to stay?
What to do?

Had a quick look and don't think flights to Seville are poss on the weekend I have sorted.
