Booking a seat for an infant on Easyjet

I want to book a seat for my 20 month old on an Easyjet flight.

I selected the child option and you are asked for the age of the child and the youngest is 2 years....

Do I really have to book on the phone thus incurring extra booking fees?

here it says you have to contact the "contact centre"

thanks for that!

thought so, yet another way of making more money!

might just take him on my lap for 2 hrs....

yep, and you could hope that no-one sits next to you and then you'll get a seat for him free!

  • remember people with children board first (at no extra cost - I hope that's still correct) so you could spread yourself around once seated and hope the flight's not full.

I used to fly a lot, alone with my DD before she turned 2 on Easyjet. I used to get a seat (after boarding amongst the first) the put her in a seat next to me. People would think she was sitting there, and then shortly before take off I'd strap her in, on my lap.

Evil, but it worked

I am fully prepared to be evil
