What is the best playground in your city or area? I am collecting tips for all round the country. I'm looking for ordinary, free, public playgrounds rather than stately homes or theme parks. Please tell me your favourites. What equipment do they have? Is it new? Is there sand? Paddling? Swings for babies and older children? Loos and a cafe?

Eaton Park in Norwich. Fantastic. Soft Sand, large play area with a large variety of equipment for a range of ages, enormously popular.

There is a cafe 4 minutes walk away but food there is a bit pants. And the public loos are pants, too, but the playground itself is great.

What are you collecting this for?
