Belle Dune, Northern Brittany (Pierre et Vacances) is next to literally a golf course, my two loved it there, fantastic water park included - we rented a 2 bed town house, not sure about the age limits of the golf course though

Anywhere in Thailand. Cabbages and Condoms resort in Pattaya is brilliant, cheapish and clean and no ladies of the night. Opposite is a hotel whose name I forget but has a par 3 course. Golf is huge there. The only drawback to my suggestion is Pattaya is a shithole. There is no other word for it. C+C's is a little oasis that we visited a couple of times a month.

Vilamoura in Portugal, I have worked with them and they are fantastic, the staff really care about clients and thats is all I always ask when I go on hols. Nice family resort and Golf Club.
