St George Hotel Cyprus - anyone been?

looking at booking this, write up sounds ok just wondered if anyone has been?

Hi Diet,
We went to this hotel (if you mean the one on the outskirts of paphos), last year. We went with the GP's and our DS aged 3. The hotel was lovely and way from the centre of paphos which we liked.
Brill spa and great with our DS. I think they were doing some refurb shortly after so not sure what is like now but would def. return.

great news..yes it reads that is is outside of Paphos.

Any advice on what type of room to book - 2 of us plus 5 year old

I think we had a normal sea view room though of course we took our own travel cot. There was not much room for a rollaway bed and one wasn't supplied. Not a huge room but good quality and clean. I would go for a studio if you have a 5 year and can afford it.

We went half board as there is not a huge choice of restaurants nearby unless you want to walk far at night. Food was very good on site though.
