Family Orientated Travel Operators

Our second baby is due in March, our first child is 2yrs old. we are planning a 7-10 day family holiday at the start of september.
we have used mark warner in the past (pre-kids). has anyone got any names of good independant operators that provide good childcare (and preferably a watching service in the evening). was going to look at sunsail and neilson. any others that come with good recommendations?
is last minute booking an option when you have children?

Simply are good. They have some properties with creche facilities. We have stayed at a couple of their places including Mousses - which has an onsite creche. The nannies also babysat for us but obviously we paid for that separately.
