Does anyone know of a holiday summer camp in the Islinton/Highbury area of London. I have checked Barracudas, but they don't have a camp in that area. My DS is spending a few weeks with the grandparents in Highbury next summer and it would be good if I could book him into some organise activities for half day each day.

I think Camp Beaumont have camps in Mill Hill and they run transport but not sure where from. My friend's children go and have been for the past 3 years. I do know that you can book half days as I've done this for my children.

Just send them away for a whole week and have some quality adult time with your other half. ATE will pick them up from Euston train station or Victoria coach station, entertain them for a whole week and the return them to the same place you left them a week later. I've done it with all four of my kids at various times and they have absolutely loved it - have a look at the website - www.ate.org.uk - it does cost about £350 for the week, but well worth it for a bit of sanity!!

shewhowillbeobeyed, Thanks for this info. I will be looking into this as I need somewhere to send DD during the coming holidays.
