Suggestions for holiday in July/ Aug with 3 and 4 year olds?

As my 4 year old DS has now started school we need to take our holidays in July and August. We would like to take 10-14 days away and preferably somewhere with children's clubs for him and our 3 yr old DD.
DS has ADHD so we do not want to travel anywhere too far as he goes hyper on flights.
We have been to Club Med in Metaponto and Lykia World and really enjoyed both resorts.
I would like to book something soon so would love to hear of suggestions

Menorca, Sa Caleta, Blanc Palace Hotel Apartments booked this through Thomas Cook has kids clubs evening entertainment accomodation fantastic.
Menorca cala n bosch Valentin Star another lovely hotel with loads of activities for kids right on the harbour short walk to a lovely white sandy beach

Are they all-inclusive?
How long is the flight? Sounds good

Pierre et Vacances do kids clubs for the littlies at some of their sites. We stayed at Les restanques de St Tropez when dd was 3.5. Fab for kids but you do need a car to get to the beaches/town etc.

mahon menoraca is about 2 and a half hour flight at the most from england. sorry I dont know if all inclusive as we went self catering. factor in another hour coach transfer from mahon to either sa caleta or cala n bosh unless you opt for a taxi transfer then I would say no more than 30/45 minute drive?
