30th Bday weekend away with the girls- but where? Please help!!!

Its my best friends bday in April (the big 30!) and me and the girls want to take her away for the weekend. Probably be about 8 of us in total.
Really need somewhere where the night life is good, good restaurants and plenty to do in the day! Not much to ask eh?
Can anyone suggest/ recommend somewhere?

I styaed in these apartments (self catering but modern and clean) for a girls weekend away. It was good, we ate out, went to bars etc. there are others around the country. they sleep 4 I think.
