Anyone got any experience of things to do with pre-schoolers indoors or under-cover in west Donegal in the unlikely event that it rains?

can you tell me which town you are near to and I'll try and find out?

Ardara - home of Nancy's, the best pub in the western hemisphere. TIA

went there pre-dd and loved it- great flat sandy beaches, but a bit stuck for kids things to do- think you need someone who lives there!

reckon it's the beach no matter what - whether it's wellies and anoraks or shorts and sandals (and anoraks of course - it is the Altlantic after all).

Seem to remember Daniel o'Donnell comes from Ardara. I'm getting all jealous now

No it's Dungloe - home of the Mary from Dungloe festival complete with pig racing and tea on Daniel's Mammy's lawn. Have been (to the festival, not the lawn) - a real cultural eye-opener. And great racing.
