not as much as you would think. Assuming the plane is decent they will be watching endless films and playing games on the planes console. Nibbles will be good, a pack of cards, a book each if they like reading or a magazine.

May I offer you some advise based on my experience last year? Forget the limitations and rules that you enforce at home for the rest of the year. Just this once (or twice if you include the flight home), allow then to watch the TV screen and play games for the whole of the flight if it keeps them happy and quiet.
