My DD will be 2.4 when we go on hols in March. This will be our first holiday as DH has just finished a degree so time and money has been tight.
DD is generally easy going but doesn't sleep anywhere apart from a cot, or sometimes naps at nursery or in the car. The flight is 6.50 and will be 4 hours long so she will be exhausted by the time we get to our apartment at the other end.
Can someone reassure me that toddlers can in fact cope with early starts and 4 hour flights? DH in particular is worried about it and it's months away yet.
Sorry if this sounds wet to the seasoned travellers out there but daytime sleeping (or lack of it) has been an issue since she was a couple of weeks old.
I'm so looking forward to going away and I'm sure it will be fine but I'm a worrier!
