For my forthcoming birthday in January, I am trying to find a great family friendly hotel that has superb riding facilities at or near the hotel so I can indulge in a spot of horse riding while my DH looks after our four kids. The ideal place would have great facilities for kids (ours are aged 7 months to 6 years), be incredibly scenic with an award winning restaurant that we can dine in to celebrate my birthday. We live in the South East so somewhere within a couple of hours' drive would be ideal. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
