'BODIES' exhibition at Birmingham.

I took both of my boys there this afternoon, they were both fascinated, Very impressed.

It was so informative and interesting.

Bit expensive (£9.75 each), parking was crapand the venue could have been better, but the actual content of the exhibition outweighed all this.

Think my nearly 8 year old would like this.

Don't think i could look at it as they are useing real bodies, though my son would be fascinated. Think it will be a Daddy/Son bonding experiance.

We were in there for about an hour.

CAnt begin to tell you how interesting it was.

Do you think a child who is into human biology and science would sped more than an hour there? We live about 2 hours away so an hour in there would be a waste of a drive.

Yes, you could spend more than an hour there easily. The only reason that we never was because I also had my youngest DS with me (age 6) and he more or less sped around and wanted to go to Selfridges for Krispy Kreme do-nuts. Ds1 has asked if I can take him back so he can have a good look around.

Its not huge at all, but the content of the exhibition could keep you there way over an hour.

The venue was a warehouse next to the Custard Factory in Bham. Not a great venue tbh.
Afterwards we went up to the Bull-ring and had a mooch around.

If you planned a day in bham then it would be worth it.
