Hi mums

I am thinking of taking my 4 yr old ds and 2 yr old dd to Drayton Manor for the Christmas event at Thomas Land.

Never been there before. Would appreciate any feedback/comments from anyone who has been (before I spend all that money!).

  • what is worth doing?
  • Any tips/advice/anything to be aware of esp with little ones? eg What are the changing facilities like? Food?
  • is it worth the money?

Thanks everyone.

Paula

I love Thomas land and so does ds
I enquired about taking my ds to the xmas spectacular and they said to pre book as they run out of spaces quite quickly. As ive never been xmas time that is all i can offer for advise, it is brill though. HTH

Thomas land is great. We went in September and dc 4,6, still talk about it. I wouldn't go to an event though (have not been to one mind you)I just think it would be too busy. We went on a week day. I used Tesco vouchers and it cost us £7 for each adult. We could walk straight onto the rides more or less. Waiting too long with little ones would be pretty miserable I think.

I was going to book for Thomasland Christmas a couple of years ago and was told that they had not sold as many tickets as expected so could just turn up on the day.

Not all the food outlets etc are open for the Christmas thing.
