i am very nervous and would be most appreciative for any tips and advise..have to go away with my 13 month old for work for 1 week. am worried that our well established bedtime routine will fall apart, since she is used to sleeping in her own room, in the dark (she always cries 2-3 times at night, but falls back to sleep within 2-3 min, we dont go to her). afraid that when she will wake up and see me, she'll demand that i pick her up and wont fall back to sleep. dont really know how to deal with this so that all that we have achieved wont collapse...
