Will Aer Lingus allow us to take our Quinny Buzz?

We want to take our Quinny Buzz to Ireland because we plan to do quite a bit of walking - but will Aer Lingus allow us to bring such a big buggy?

I dont' fancy taking a backpack for DS - I don't think I could cope with the weight on my back!

Bumping for you.

I have a similar question to yours - but we have an ICandy Cherry. From what I can gather from the Aer Lingus website they allow a fold-down buggy, but can't tell where they stand on travel systems, as these are obviously not in one bit, so not sure if they would allow the frame and a separate buggy bit. Am thinking we might have to see if they would allow the Maxi Cosi car seat on the plane and we'll just take that and the frame when we go over to the relatives at Xmas.

Anyone know what the rules are? I haven't found Aer Lingus hugely helpful on the phone in the past I must say......

Disclaimer: This is not an official MN towers answer btw - one from me personally.
Thread caught my eye as I have a Buzz and I wouldn't fly with it.
It's q bulky so poss chance of excess baggage and damage en route?
Added to which, 20 month DS is q heavy now and it's making it as difficult to push in a buzz with the excess weight of the buggy itself, so we stick to an umbrella fold buggy now.
